Ordering Karaoke Machines from Argos: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Argos will deliver your karaoke machine to your home, work or even your neighbour’s address, as long as it is a United Kingdom mainland or Northern Ireland address.
• Small items are delivered within 48 hours and for an extra charge of £4.95 you can specify the delivery day and time of your choice.
• If place your order before 1pm you may use the next day delivery service for £7.90.
• Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £7.90.
• Delivery times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 2pm on a Saturday.
• Argos charges per delivery not per item.
• Delivery costs for large items are the same as for small items, but the delivery timeframe differs. Most larger items will take up to seven working days to arrive and a customer service agent will contact you to confirm whether your delivery will be made during the morning slot (7.30am - 1pm) or the afternoon slot (12pm - 6pm).

• If you aren’t happy with your karaoke machine, you can cancel your order within 16 days of delivery by either returning it, in its unopened, original packaging, to one of the company’s many stores or by contacting Argos and asking them to arrange for a courier to come and collect it.
• Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and you will either be offered a replacement or a refund. If a fault occurs after 30 days but within a year of delivery then Argos will attempt to repair it for you or offer you a replacement.
